Catering Porter Apply Now→

Has current driver's license. Assist the Captain in loading and unloading truck,  check out food from kitchen, help breakdown dishes at the event, organize back of the house to make cleanup and load out easier.

Has current food handlers permit. Assist Captain in executing an event. Assignments may include but not limited to- serving food and beverage, replenishing buffet, clearing tables, setting up buffets and food stations, washing dishes, taking the trash out, moping floor, etc.

Cook Apply Now→

Cooks will assist in the production of hot or cold food for concession stands and catering events. They will work to ensure food quality and have food prepared in a timely manner. Help operate, maintain and clean kitchen stations and appliances.

Warehouse Staff Apply Now→

Warehouse staff will pull and deliver orders to various concession locations throughout the grounds. Work to maintain inventory of product and supplies at all operating locations. They will also assist in moving concession equipment for event set up and break down.

Has current food handlers permit. Has current ABLE issued liquor license and responsible beverage sales training. Has complete and comprehensive knowledge of all menu items including specials. Provides outstanding customer service to all by acknowledging and greeting each group of guests on the course, providing information oncart services and product availability; take orders and up sell where appropriate; deliver goods; calculate bills and collect payment . Maintain order on the course by following proper golf etiquette, observing and respecting the flow of the game and operating the cart in a safe manner. Maintain inventory sheet reflecting daily sales from beverage cart. Assist with opening / closing duties of the café/kitchen as requested by management. Prepares food as needed for café operations or event caterings.

Prepares food as needed for café operations and events as needed using basic restaurant equipment. Assists with overall cleanliness and sanitation of café and kitchen. Ensure all items are stocked on front displays and reach in coolers. Assemble food items for food display units for quick service.
